- Led the entire project life cycle including diligence, organization design, process re-engineering, logical systems carveout and post implementation support.
- Integrated with several third-party applications and subscriptions including Paymetric/Chase Paymentech; SOVOS; EDICOM; HSBC; Citibank; regulatory interfaces with local governments in APAC etc.
- Provided reports for consolidation in they buyers system.
- Lead organization, process and data mapping for post merger integration with the buyer’s systems.
