- Led the global systems carve-out initiative to support the divestiture of the Pall Corporation’s Blood business unit to Haemonetics.
- The systems footprint included SAP ECC, SAP BW and other business applications.
- Successfully delivered the physical separation of all the required systems to enable independent operation of the Blood business unit, as part of the buyer’s environment.
- Gained FDA approval for the carved out systems environment to independently support the Blood business unit, as part of the buyer’s environment.
- Led organization and process design and aligned the systems environment to support the new organization.
- Extended support for 2 years for the carved out solution and assisted the buyer in absorbing the acquired business into their systems portfolio.
